Administrative & Accounting Officer
Summary of Position
One of the major HR and Management Consultancy in Cambodia is looking for an Administrative and Accounting Officer who will be in charge of clerical and administrative tasks.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies and equipment stock and place orders
- HR administration: update employees’ file, prepare NSSF monthly declaration, record leaves
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Prepare monthly salary payments
- Liaise with suppliers
- Make sure that office is operated properly: tidiness and cleanliness of office space, security, supplies, etc.
Accounting:
- Entry accounting data in accounting software
- Maintain accounting and customer records by making copies, scan and filing documents
- Provide accounting information to third-party for monthly tax declaration
- Prepare the invoices to customers
- Prepare the signature book and suppliers payment vouchers
- Follow-up payments, call customer accounting services when required, prepare official receipt
- Manage petty cash
- Provide administrative assistance to the consulting and recruitment team
Reporting to
- Managing Director
Other Requirements
- Knowledge of accounting software: QuickBooks
- Knowledge and experience of other relevant software applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good writing and speaking skills in English and Khmer
- Ability to handle multi tasks, detailed minded and willing to learn by doing
- Good verbal communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Reliable personality, well organized, high sense of confidentiality
- Previous experience within assistant or accounting secretary position is a plus
